Old news is the improvement at Del Amo Fashion Center & Crossing, but the amenities brought and continue to bring significant appeal to the Hawthorne Boulevard financial district.  Regardless of where things shake out in our 4th year of a Covid, almost zero new office is planned for Torrance, and likelihood for new space to meet telecommute demand is low.  That said, early indications for 2023 is a rising interest in 190th St. because of the freeway, motivated landlords and high rents around business communities near LAX.
